It was a cloudy start at Sunday's Farmers Market, but that didn't stop the fun! The Kids Produce Club shared tasty cheese curd samples and a kids' craft to celebrate Dairy Day. When the rain rolled in, musician 'Bev the Music Lady' embraced the 'rain' in her songs, which was well-received by marketgoers. However, for the safety of everyone, the Market had to close early due to worsening conditions.

It was a lively and fun-filled day at the Canton Farmers Market this Sunday, complete with some wonderful special guests! Marketgoers celebrated Pride with the Village Arts Factory, enjoyed story time and crafts with the Canton Public Library, and were treated to an energetic performance by the talented student musicians from the School of Rock Canton—who says farmers market music has to be acoustic?

This Sunday’s Market was full of activity — from the food drive and live music to our wonderful vendors, visits to the newly revamped Seed Library, and so much more! The Kids’ Produce Club was hard at work, planting approximately 50 pots of sunflower seeds and green beans. A few pots were left behind, along with a sweatshirt and a toy; all items will be available at this coming Sunday’s Information Booth so they can be reunited with their rightful owners.
