FUN FACTS!!
Kat uses certified Organic ingredients, AND it's important to note that Sourdough is the ONLY bread talked about in the Bible and the ONLY bread used before the Industrial revolution. It's a combination of wild yeast and Lactobacillus Acidophilus (built in probiotics). When you eat Sourdough Bread, it's like eating pre-digested grain and it breaks down the protein/gluten in the grain making it more digestible.
This is why you don't have gastrointestinal issues after eating it, and most gluten sensitive people can eat it without reactions.
