CannonBelles started with three friends, Jackie, Kathy, and Deeann. We began as cheesemakers, making our first commercial cheese in August of 2016. Entrepreneurship was successful for us, so we decided to do it again, opening CannonBelles Coffee and Ice Cream on April 1st, 2019 (no joke)! We offer a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, over 16 flavors of parlor ice cream, breakfast and lunch options, and our very own CannonBelles Cheese! Paul, making a perfect meeting location between the two. In addition, Cannon Falls is located at the head of the Cannon River Bike Trail, making us a great place to fuel up for your ride!
