We have a regenerative farm in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. We moved here 10 years ago and started with 1 cow. After 24 years as a nuclear engineer in the Navy and then at Xcel, Wade made the move to follow his passion and farm full time, we now have about 200 head of beef cattle. We also raise some hogs and chickens for our customers. We are looking to add goat and bison options through farm partnerships.
We sell 75% direct to consumers and the rest to local schools and restaurants.
We now deliver to customers within 50 miles of Cannon Falls. We serve those who want high-quality healthy meats and the best value when they source proteins.
We breed and feed our animals for healthy fat marbling and nutrient density.
Not all steaks are equal, not even close, that sale ribeye is likely old, foreign, and has additives or chemicals to preserve it. It also was not cared for the way our family farm does. Chances are it was from a huge Brazilian feed lot often run by corrupt organizations.
