We’ve been quiet recently due to a limited supply while we wait to get worked back into the processing schedule. With that being said, we can’t thank our amazing customers enough for a great summer! We’re almost sold out and even dipped into our personal stash to fill some orders.

As a heads up, processing has taken an increase so effective Jan. 1st, there will be a new price sheet with updated costs for each cut. We are so appreciative of the support this year and look forward to serving even more beef in 2022!
