Capacity.

I believe this is a struggle for many of the Cottage Bakery crowd. I love my home baking business. I love my fans. I love the creativity. I love pleasing my customers.

Our tagline is "bringing back memories, one bread loaf at a time". So when you ask if I ever make a recipe you remember from your history, I yearn to find a similar recipe and make it for you. Or if you remember a product I've offered before and isn't on our current menu, it makes me want to bring it back, just for you.

I am also just one person with a full-time job, a small farm and garden, and many other creative endeavors stacked in corners waiting for my time and attention. My family does help in small ways, but I am the only bread baker.

For May, we kept the same menu with 8 base recipes. For June we are making a small shift - instead of weekly croissants, we are adding buns and cardamom bread.

** Sidenote: June 19 & 20 markets will have a reduced menu due to a family camping trip that week **

The Blue Bread Box is open today, Saturday May 16 until 7 pm. Tomorrow Sunday May 17 9-5. I have more at the house if you need. In coolers to keep fresher and away from pests.
