Some shots from our beautiful raw, vegan dinner celebrating Earth Day last weekend!

This dinner is part of a global initiative, 1 Million Tables for the Planet. For Earth Month (April), people across the world will gather around a table and celebrate what connects us – good food, shared moments, and a sense of belonging. A single plant-based meal may not seem like much. But when tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, even a million of us – across the world — cast that vote together, the impact is enormous on greenhouse gas emissions and water consumption.

This just made our day! As a small business, receiving a thank you note like this from a customer truly touches our hearts and also reminds us of our “why.”

In an attempt to take control of her health, our founder, Angela decided to educate herself on the healing powers of food. One of the biggest issues in this process, was the realization that there really weren’t that many clean, nourishing, plant-based snacks. So, Angela fixed that by creating Nüssli118° 🌱
