We spent the day learning queen rearing and grafting with Beachy Honeybees. It’s incredible how much skill and precision goes into raising quality queens.

Thank you to Beachy Honeybees for a great class and for sharing your knowledge. We’re excited to put what we learned into practice in our own apiaries!

Our young beekeeper spent the weekend working alongside Precision Honeybee Removal LLC—pulling honey one day and making splits the next. Hard work, long hours, and plenty of learning.

Today’s sourdough lineup at the Honeybee Hut house 🍯🍞🐝

• sausage, onion & rosemary
• strawberry cream cheese with our creamed strawberry honey
• chocolate chip

Forgot to score the loaves before baking 😅 but adding a little of our raw honey to the dough still made them turn out delicious. Rustic, homemade, and will be enjoyed around our family table tonight ❤️
