This big guy is one of my favorite bears this summer! He’s big and powerful, but doesn’t act with aggression and intimidation. He has the ability to dominate the food source, but instead spends his time courting a female. For the last week I’ve watched him follow around the same bear, patiently waiting for her approval. Other females have tried to get his attention, but his heart’s set. Where she goes, he goes. They even nap together. The only thing I was concerned about here was him accidentally stepping on me 😂
