‼️There’s a serious reminder about scammers impersonating Sendwave. ‼️
If you receive any suspicious messages, please ignore or block them and mark them as scams. As long as your app is working normally and you are not being asked to provide any information through the app, you do not need to take any action.
Sendwave may occasionally request identity verification from customers at random, which may not happen to everyone. This process follows regulations set by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury that works to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
Please do not send any personal information via email. Always communicate and complete any requests only through the official app.
