Level up your taco game with BEEF CHEEKS!

Beef cheeks are tender, budget-friendly, & can be slow-cooked, smoked, boiled, or braised!

How we made these beef cheek barbacoa tacos ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

โ€ข 1.5lbs beef cheeks
โ€ข chopped white onion
โ€ข 3 bay leaves
โ€ข 3 garlic cloves, smashed
โ€ข 1-2 T of cumin
โ€ข salt & pepper
โ€ข 1-2 c of beef broth

Cook on low for 6-8 hoursโ€”> youโ€™ll know itโ€™s done when it shreds like a chuck roast!

Serve on tortillas with chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, cotija cheese, & your fav salsa/sauces!
