This has become one of my favorite parts of the morning 🥛

Up until a month ago I had never had goat milk; I didn't know what I was missing out on! When collected, cooled, and stored properly, goat milk is delightful. It's gently sweet, ridiculously creamy, and otherwise is quite similar to raw cows milk.

Goat milk is easier to digest, less allergenic, gut healthy, and packed full of essential vitamins and minerals.

We're working on making goats milk available, either through a herdshare program or private membership. Stay tuned!

EDIT/UPDATE: With the weather rolling in the dough is being sluggish 🫠... Sourdough loaves won't be stocked in the farmstand until the afternoon! I'll update this post when I stock the stand!

THIS SATURDAY we'll have the following available at the farmstand, beginning at 10AM:

- 2 half Sweet Sourdough Sandwich loaves 🍞
- 2 Chocolate Croissant Loaves 🥐
- Freeze dried Candies 🍬

We're stocking a little light this weekend because I'll have family in town!

Well, the farm stand is open.... And we're already sold out of bread! 🤣

All of the dough I made for today's farm stand sales sold to preorders before this morning! I guess I'm gonna have to start making more bread, what a blessing of a problem to have ❤️

We do have freeze dried candies for stop-bys, as always!
