Hello all. Its hard to believe it is finally here. This is the last week of operations for us! It has been a fun adventure and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know all of my customers. I will miss you all!

At this point, everything must go! All items in the store are 25% off. We are also selling all of the furniture, fixtures and shelving units. Last day of formal business will be the 26th of February. We will be in the shop on the 27th as well for any final sales or pick up of any assets purchased.

Hello again! We are coming down to the last days. The last business day for the shop will be Friday, February 26th. We will be spending the 27th and 28th clearing out any remaining inventory and fixtures.

If you are interested in purchasing any shelving, tanks or other miscellaneous items in the shop, please let me know. Some items can be picked up on the day, while others would not be able to be picked up until the 27th or 28th.

Bottle supply and Inventory levels.

I thought I would post here to let you know the latest. I just received word today that the bottles I presumed would be sent out two weeks ago are not being sent out to me until tomorrow. This means that the bottles will likely not arrive until the end of next week.

I also wanted to let you all know that we are out of our first two oils/balsamics. The Toasted Sesame Oil and the White Balsamic are currently out of stock. All remaining oils and balsamics are at good inventory levels. While we are waiting for bottles to arrive, we are taking pre-orders with $1.00 off for the pre-order. I can do this in person or over the phone.

Good morning all. Wanted to let those who were in the store the last several days know that our shipment arrived yesterday and we are back to being fulling stocked with all of our olive oils and balsamic vinegars. If you placed an order earlier this week, we will be filling them today, so they should be available for pickup any time after noon today.
