Blakesville Creamery Shabby Shoe

A Wisconsin-made version of the French goat’s milk classic Chabichou du Poitou, Shabby Shoe nails the thin wrinkled rind, gooey creamline, and incredibly light texture of the original. Not to mention the bright citrus and earthy mineral notes.

Hailing from the Champagne region of France, Langres was made to be enjoyed with the area’s eponymous drink. The top of the cheese is concave, creating a perfect divot to fill with champagne. The bubbly texture of the champagne balances out the salty, fudgy richness of the cheese and enhances the ye**ty, velvety brioche flavor. Be sure to carve an “X” at the top of the wheel to let the champagne permeate the entire round of cheese!

A fudgy goat cheese crusted with herbes de provence, juniper berries, pepper etc. A true crowd pleaser!

Petite Boo from is the perfect little Halloween cheese. Bloomy rind triple cream with a lovely dark vegetable ash and an annatto tinged orange paste. Perfect for your Halloween table!

O’Banon from is a delicious little chevre wrapped in Bourbon soaked Chestnut leaves. It’s like opening a little present. A delicious little present.

Madcap from is an experimental little stinker. This dunce cap shaped bloomy rind ripens top down for a unique experience.
