For Debra Dechert, what started as a hobby back in 1989 canning four kinds of garnishes, was just the beginning of her family-owned business currently marketing over 40 varieties of jams, pickles, relishes and salsas. Her family background, years of catering, a lot of hard work, and a natural talent in the kitchen have brought Deb’s Delights to where it is today. Deb is certified by Cornell University and the FDA and is licensed by New York State Dept. of Agriculture & Markets. She was incorporated in February 2001.
