9:00am – Healthy Start
Kick off the morning with a delicious Açaí bowl and smoothie, packed with antioxidants to fuel your day.
10:00am – Morning Yoga
Enjoy a gentle yoga flow designed to wake up the body, increase flexibility, and set a calm, positive tone.
11:00am – 3-Mile Walk
Get outdoors for a refreshing 3-mile walk—boost your circulation, clear your mind, and connect with nature.
12:30pm – Nourishing Lunch
Refuel with a vibrant and balanced Healthy Buddha Bowl featuring grains, greens, and protein.
1:45pm – Mindfulness Breathwork
Take 10–15 minutes to slow down with intentional breathing techniques that reduce stress and re-center the mind.
2:45pm – Afternoon Pilates
Finish the day with a strengthening Pilates session to align your posture and activate your core.
