Salt at 2 to 4 % per volume of water/cukes.
Allow to set in the sunshine for 2 or 3 days.
Or to your liking for crunchiness. Add some dill, black pepper corns, or other herbs to your liking.

Here we have used fermented koji rice and wild lactos B to culture these pickles.
