We're so honored to have the continuing support of a great local sponsor, A. F. Wendling's Foodservice, who've been involved and supported our event since our first event in 2015. With in-kind and generous financial donations, Wendling's has been a great partner to the BBQ Bash, as well as supporting many other community organizations over the years.
Once again, A. F. Wendling's Foodservice will sponsor the "Mystery Contest" for our BBQ Teams, providing a mystery protein and a couple other ingredients (similar to the baskets on the tv show Chopped), and participants will use those, and any other ingredients they choose, to create a unique dish to turn in to the judges. Teams have no idea what they might be presented with, so their skill truly comes into play as they must be prepared for "anything", and the dishes they create are truly amazing.
Thanks again to Chris Wendling and the Wendling family and staff for being a great partner and supporter of the BBQ Bash! We can't wait to see what "secret ingredients" you're providing this year!
