Need a quick weeknight meal? Try this Bison Chorizo Pizza recipe! 🍕

GF Crust: (or crust of your choice)
1 cup GF flour or flour of your choice
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
(Now that I've made this, I'd double the salt, put spices in the pizza dough, and brush the crust with garlic butter before baking) 😋

Mix all the ingredients, roll thin into the shape of your choice and put on a baking pan, I used my cast iron, sprayed it with some oil prior.

Toppings:
Pizza Sauce/ Marinara Sauce
Mozzarella
Bison Chorizo browned
Sliced purple onion
Cotija cheese
Cilantro

You can top this however you want!!!

Make the crust as instructed above, put your toppings on and bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
