(1) temporary full time person to bone out deer, (2) temporary full time miscellaneous help, grinding, packing, washing pans etc.Must be able to lift 25 to 40 pounds. Stand on concrete floors long periods of time. Be on time and willing to work. We are able to train the right people. Come by 1210 Nola Road Ne for application. The steaks come either from the Northern US or Canada, product of North America. They are NOT mechanically made. They have been infused with fat to enhance the flavor and tenderness. It is on the same principle as a butter infused pork chop. Why not just call I will gladly answer your questions. We have tried them. They have a good flavor and tender.
