🌧️ Cold, Rainy Weekend? Sounds Like OXTAIL Weather! 🥘🐂

You asked, and we listened! We’ve had quite a few customers asking for oxtail, and we’re happy to say we’ve got it!

If you’ve never cooked oxtail, you’re missing out on one of the most flavorful cuts of beef there is. Rich, meaty, and loaded with collagen, oxtail turns into fall-off-the-bone goodness when it’s cooked low and slow.

Braised in a Dutch oven with beef broth, onions, garlic, carrots, and a little red wine… served over a big pile of mashed potatoes or rice? Now THAT is comfort food! 🤤

Forget the fancy stuff. Sometimes the best meals are the ones that simmer all afternoon and make the whole house smell incredible.
