Simply Stardust Gwen Maffia is a 25 year veteran of the New York City restaurant business, former Head Start pre-school teacher, and mother of two.

Her extensive restaurant experience coupled with her recent move to Vermont has inspired her to pursue a different career. "Simply Stardust" is her new company that will be selling fresh homemade tomato sauce made from her garden of seasonal vegetables, herbs, & spices. She is very excited to become a full-time vendor at the Farmers' Market this year and introduce her fresh sauce. She envisions ev

entually offering a variety of sauces and other high quality products. She will donate 2% of her profits to the Central Vermont Humane Society. Gwen adores animals and children, and is very close to her family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, writing poetry, hiking & biking. She resides in Bristol with her husband.
