It’s June, and around here a new month means one thing…Grilled Cheese Friday!!!! That’s right, this Friday we’ll be serving our signature sandwich (Gruyere, sharp cheddar, beer soaked caramelized onions, sweet/spicy mustard on sourdough) AND our spicy special- the Flameo Hotman! The Flameo Hotman features sharp cheddar, habañero cheddar, IPA pickled jalapeños and bacon!
🧀 Both sandwiches will be available from 11:45-6:45 on Friday 6/5, for dine in or take out.
🧀 Pre orders are encouraged, especially for the Flameo Hotman!
🧀 DM or call with your preorder, let us know what sandwich you’d like, and your preferred time for pick up. Cheers!

New product alert! We just brought in three flavors of salami from in California! We’ve had some requests for non-pork salumi and are so excited to share these two turkey options: the San Francisco classic dry style salami, and the turkey smoked salami! We also snagged their pork Hot Toscano, because we know y’all love something spicy!
Come by this weekend and ask for a sample! (While supplies last!) Cheers!

Hey Cheese Club, your May package is ready for pickup, and the is month we are focusing on Michigan made artisan products! Our two cheeses come from the Leelanau peninsula: the Idyllweiss from and the Raclette from ! We are pairing them with the Ménage a Trois jam from and the addictive Orange Balsamic pecans from . The crunch factor from these sourdough is delightful and I love the nutty quality of the sourdough!

Introducing our new ✨ Goat Cheese Pickle Dip ✨ with Sweet & Spicy pickles, Honey Goat cheese, and a little everything bagel seasoning. It is sooo good, my test subjects (crochet club) asked me to bring it two weeks in a row and insisted I make some for sale! Swing by and try some for yourself!

It is pickup week for our Cheese of the Month Club members! This April we are playing with spice, from the bold and flavorful togarashi spiced TomaRashi, to the sweet heat of the habañeros in the Snapdragon triple cream. The umami ramen cashews are addictively delicious, and we’re sending along a jar of Ruby Crunch chili crunch oil, which can be enjoyed with this pairing, or on a number of household dishes! So, cue up The Spice Girls, and come on in to “spice up your life!” 🧀🌶️

This gorgeous piece of cheese was brought to me from a very kind customer (shout out to Thomas) all the way from Scotland! This is the Isle of Mull Cheddar, a super sharp, funky, deeply earthy and bold cheese from northwest Scotland. I have only tasted this cheese once, about 15 years ago, it is so cool to be able to try it again! Endlessly grateful to our wonderful community, always so nice of y’all to think of us on your travels!
And sorry for being a cheese tease- this is just a personal piece, we do not have any for sale!
