🎨🐮 Calling All Little Artists! 🖍️

We’re excited to kick off our MEAT THE ARTISTS Coloring Contest at Carbon County Meats! 🐷🐑🐐

We’re inviting all our local kiddos, ages 2–11, to show off their creativity!

🖍️ Stop by the shop and pick up a coloring sheet, take it home, and let those little imaginations run wild!

🏆 We’ll be choosing FOUR winners, one from each age group:

* Ages 2–4
* Ages 5–6
* Ages 7–8
* Ages 9–11

🎁 Each winner will receive a $25 Carbon County Meats gift certificate!

📅 Bring your finished masterpiece back to the shop by October 31st!

❤️ We’ll be displaying all the artwork in our store, so be sure to stop back in and see our wall of little artists!

We can’t wait to see what our community’s young artists create!

**CARBON COUNTY — WE WANT YOUR INPUT! ❤️**

Food Truck Wednesdays have been such a fun addition to our summers at Carbon County Meats, and before we start making plans for what comes next, **we want to hear from the people who actually make it happen—you!**

We put together a quick survey to find out:

🌮 What kinds of food trucks you want to see
🕚 What times work best
☀️ Whether Food Truck Wednesdays should stay a summer tradition
❄️ Or if you'd like to see them continue year-round
📅 If year-round, whether you'd prefer weekly, every other week, or once a month
🚚 And, most importantly, **which food trucks you'd like us to bring to Bridger!**

Carbon County Meats is looking for a **reliable, detail-oriented person** to join our crew and help keep our facility clean, safe, and ready for production.

This is a great position for someone who likes working independently, takes pride in doing a job right, and is looking for **consistent part-time evening work**.

📅 **Monday–Wednesday**
⏰ Approximately **4–5 hours per day**
🌙 Evening/night shift
💵 Weekly pay
🥩 In-store employee discounts
🧹 Previous cleaning or sanitation experience is a plus, but **we’re willing to train the right person!**

Sanitation is an important part of what we do. We’re looking for someone dependable who understands that the little details matter.

No need to have a Greek tragedy over it 😉 — OPA Grill will be here tomorrow, September 23rd, they’re just getting started a little later than usual!

🕛 Opening at 12 PM instead of 11 AM

Today, we remember. 🇺🇸

Here in Montana, especially in our small agricultural communities, we know what it means to depend on one another. We know our neighbors, we wave when we pass on the dirt roads, we show up when someone needs an extra hand, and when hard times come, we pull together.

September 11, 2001 showed us that same spirit on a much larger scale.

We remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost that day. We remember the firefighters, law enforcement officers, first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stepped forward without hesitation. We remember the families who have carried that loss ever since.

And we remember what happened in the days that followed.

Flags flew from homes, fence posts, tractors, pickups, barns, and businesses. People checked on their neighbors. Communities prayed together. Differences seemed smaller, and for a while, we were simply Americans taking care of Americans.

That spirit feels familiar in places like ours. It's the same spirit we see when a neighbor's cattle are out, a family is struggling, a rancher needs help, or someone simply needs a meal dropped at their door. You show up. You lend a hand. You take care of your own—and sometimes "your own" means someone you've never even met.

Twenty-five years later, may we never forget the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the incredible strength that comes when we stand together.

From our little corner of Montana, we remember. 🇺🇸
