Every once in a while, we come across a customer message that makes us stop and smile all over again.
This note from Karen landed in our inbox last year, and reading it today warmed our hearts just as much as it did the first time.
As a small business, it’s easy to get caught up in production schedules, shipments, and the day-to-day work of making granola. Then a message like this reminds us why we do it.
The thought that a bag of granola made in our small Vermont bakery would travel all the way to Germany and be shared around another family’s breakfast table is something we never take for granted.
