Czech Buchty!

Buchty are soft, pillowy sweet rolls filled with fruit or poppyseed filling and baked until golden and tender. This traditional Czech treat is simple, comforting, and full of old-world flavor — the kind of baked good that feels like it came straight from Grandma’s kitchen.

HoneyBreeze Buchty are made with a soft homemade dough and will be filled with cherry, peach, and poppyseed filling!

They aren't a Kolache, but they are better. The perfect filling to roll ratio.

At HoneyBreeze, we love elderberries because they fit what we value: small fruits, simple ingredients, and old-fashioned goodness.

We sell raw elderberries and process some healthy treats. Look for our Elderberry jelly late August and our Elderberry syrup in October.
