What’s the fastest way to elevate your meals? A really good seasoning!đŸ€Œ

We’re big fans of PS Seasoning out of Iron Ridge, Wisconsin! From rubs and sauces to seasonings, they make it SO easy to add big flavor to your family’s meals. We love that each bottle has a short, curated list of ingredients—with words you can actually pronounce! 🙌

They’ve quickly become one of our staples in the kitchen, and we think you’ll love them too! 💯
Stop in and check out our selection of PS Seasoning!

Our farmers are the backbone of our communities, helping keep food on our friends’ and neighbors’ tables. If you catch a glimpse of us cutting in the back, there’s a good chance we’re working on livestock our local farmers have sold to their customers.

Pictured is one of our farmers who is near and dear to us—the one, the only
 Chris Schmitz! đŸ€—

We’re gearing up for another busy season of processing and retail, and business has been outstanding! Thank you for all your continued support. We appreciate you more than you know

đŸ”„ PORK BELLY BURNT ENDS đŸ”„ $6.79 lb

If you haven’t tried these yet
 YOU SHOULD! đŸ€€
Tender, smoky, crispy little bites of pork belly that are ridiculously hard to stop eating. Honestly, the worst thing about them is trying to stop once you start! 😂

Smoking tip: Season generously, and smoke at 250°F for about 2–3 hours until you’ve got a beautiful smoke ring and some good bark. Then toss them in your favorite BBQ sauce with a little brown sugar and butter, cover, and put them back on the smoker until they’re tender, sticky, and caramelized.

Pro tip: Make more than you think you need. Trust us. 😉

Stop in and grab some pork belly and give these a shot this weekend!
