Ribeye Steaks with Garlic Butter Grilled Potatoes
Ingredients
USDA Ribeye Steaks ($12.99/lb)
Best Choice Russet Potatoes ($1.99)
Best Choice Butter ($3.29)
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Directions
Slice potatoes into thick rounds.
Toss with melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Wrap potatoes in foil packets.
Grill potato packets over medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
Season ribeyes generously with salt and pepper.
Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
