Chicken Parmesan made with our new Three Cheese Vodka Sauce!
🥬🍅🥒If you need a recipe that'll make the dinner table fall silent at the first bite, this is it.🥒🍅🥬
🐓We battered and breaded our chicken breasts before pan frying them in our Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil. The breading process is simple, but effective. All you need is flour, a few eggs, panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese (freshly grated), and our Bourbon Smoked Garlic Salt and Pepper. If you want an Italian spice to add extra flavor to the crust of your chicken, use our Tuscan Blend!!
After removing the cooked chicken from the pan, along with the excess oil, we added the Three Cheese Vodka Sauce and got it nice and hot. You can add cream to yours if you'd like, but the sauce has everything you need.
🍝We cooked our pasta and added it into the sauce before serving (optional: if you want to plate your pasta and then add the sauce on top, you absolutely can!).
Typically for a Chicken Parmesan, you would take the cooked chicken strips, place a little red sauce and sliced mozzarella cheese on top and bake them, but we skipped that step this time because there was so much cheese flavor in the pasta sauce already!!
Paired with the Chicken Parmesan, we have toasted rosemary focaccia bread and side salads.
🥗For the salads, we took romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and bell peppers - chopped, sliced, diced, and combined them all in a bowl. The mixed berries are actually a unique fruit salad consisting of blackberries, watermelon and dragon fruit. Both the veggie and the fruit salads were topped with our Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar for a nice citrus and sweet finish.
This pasta sauce from Brownwood Farms made dinner so quick, so easy, and SO delicious. Combined with fan favorites from Olive & Vine, all the flavors blended together and made the most memorable meal.
