Chicken Parmesan made with our new Three Cheese Vodka Sauce!

🥬🍅🥒If you need a recipe that'll make the dinner table fall silent at the first bite, this is it.🥒🍅🥬

🐓We battered and breaded our chicken breasts before pan frying them in our Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil. The breading process is simple, but effective. All you need is flour, a few eggs, panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese (freshly grated), and our Bourbon Smoked Garlic Salt and Pepper. If you want an Italian spice to add extra flavor to the crust of your chicken, use our Tuscan Blend!!
After removing the cooked chicken from the pan, along with the excess oil, we added the Three Cheese Vodka Sauce and got it nice and hot. You can add cream to yours if you'd like, but the sauce has everything you need.

🍝We cooked our pasta and added it into the sauce before serving (optional: if you want to plate your pasta and then add the sauce on top, you absolutely can!).
Typically for a Chicken Parmesan, you would take the cooked chicken strips, place a little red sauce and sliced mozzarella cheese on top and bake them, but we skipped that step this time because there was so much cheese flavor in the pasta sauce already!!

Paired with the Chicken Parmesan, we have toasted rosemary focaccia bread and side salads.
🥗For the salads, we took romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and bell peppers - chopped, sliced, diced, and combined them all in a bowl. The mixed berries are actually a unique fruit salad consisting of blackberries, watermelon and dragon fruit. Both the veggie and the fruit salads were topped with our Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar for a nice citrus and sweet finish.

This pasta sauce from Brownwood Farms made dinner so quick, so easy, and SO delicious. Combined with fan favorites from Olive & Vine, all the flavors blended together and made the most memorable meal.

Classic Banana Bread ... with a little Kentucky added to it ⬇

🍌🍞✨Ingredients and Instructions✨🍞🍌
First:
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup (or one stick) butter, softened
- 1 tsp Bourbon Vanilla Extract (from Olive & Vine)
Mix these four ingredients together in a bowl.
Next:
- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Sel Gris Celtic Sea Salt (from Olive & Vine)
Add the flour, baking soda, and Sel Gris Celtic Sea Salt and mix together until you get to a crumbly consistency with your dough.
In a separate bowl, you're going to mash 2-3 overripe bananas and add them to the dough. Stir until smooth and well blended.
This next step is optional, but we added about 1/2 Cup of semisweet chocolate chips and mixed it all together before adding the dough to the bread pan.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and bake the bread for about 50-60 minutes. (baking tip: check center for doneness - if not done after 50 minutes, cover with aluminum foil and continue baking for the remaining 10 minutes)

This timeless banana bread recipe has to be one of the most delicious in existence. The Bourbon Vanilla Extract was the perfect touch of bittersweetness that went along with the rest of the ingredients, dare we say, perfectly!!!

Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta 🌿🐓🍝 made in 30 minutes!!!

Ingredients and Instructions
Skillet Seared Chicken:
- 2 Tbsp Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Parmageddon Spice Blend
- Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
Prep your chicken with our deliciously simple spices, and in a pan or skillet on medium heat, put your chicken in and cook for about 4 minutes on each side in our Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil. Once cooked all the way through, remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Creamy Pesto Sauce:
- Fresh Spinach (for extra protein and flavor)
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 4 Tbsp Basil Pesto
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
In the same pan that we cooked the chicken in, but on a lower heat, you’re going to add your butter and garlic. Wait for the garlic to start browning, and then add your spinach. Once your spinach gets nice and soft, you’re going to add the pesto and mix together. Add the heavy whipping cream and about 1/4 cup of your pasta water and stir everything together until it thickens (about 4 minutes). Next step is adding your pasta to your sauce!! Give everything a nice stir, make sure that sauce coats every bit of your pasta of choice. We used penne. Then add your freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until you get a creamy consistency. We also chopped our chicken and added it to the pan as well, but that’s up to you!

Plate your Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta and finish it off with a sprinkle of that fresh Parmesan cheese, and enjoy your meal that was finished within 30 minutes!!!

Deliciously Seasoned Ribeye, Sliced Carrots and Brussel Sprouts, and Mashed Potatoes!

Bourbon Barrel Foods’ Kentuckyaki sauce with our Sel Gris Celtic Sea Salt and Applewood Smoked Pepper made the perfect steak rub.
**Allow it to marinate for a few hours so the steaks can soak up as much flavor as possible!!

Alongside the steak are sautéed carrots and brussel sprouts, seasoned with the Sel Gris Celtic Sea Salt, Applewood Smoked Pepper, and our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
**In a pan or skillet on medium heat, melt about 1 Tbsp of butter and a minced clove of garlic until the pieces turn a nice golden brown. Add your chopped vegetables to the pan, along with the salt and pepper, and mix. Turn down the heat and add about 1/3 cup of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, and let it simmer, covered, stirring occasionally until they reach your preferred tenderness or crispiness.

The mashed potatoes are a comfortable combination of boiled and mashed potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, half & half cream, and some parmesan cheese. Mix together, and season to taste.

20 Minute - Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - with homemade dressing ⬇⬇⬇

🍋🥬Ingredients and Instructions🥬🍋
Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup of LEMON OLIVE OIL
- 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-2 Tbsp of dijon mustard
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 - 1 tsp SEL GRIS (Celtic) Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Grilled Chicken:
- 4 thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup of LEMON OLIVE OIL
- 3 Tbsp OLD BOURBON TRAIL Spice Blend
- juice of half a lemon
Drizzle Lemon Olive Oil, Old Bourbon Trail spice blend, and freshly squeezed lemon juice over your uncooked chicken. Rub seasoning mix into your chicken and make sure it is evenly coated. If you don't have a grill, you can use a skillet!
Prepare your skillet with about 2 Tbsp of Lemon Olive Oil and 2 Tbsp of butter on medium heat. Add your chicken to the skillet and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Having chopped your romaine lettuce and (optional) cut your cooked chicken into pieces, add both lettuce and chicken to your dish and top them with your freshly made Caesar dressing and some extra parmesan cheese!

This was such a simple meal, but made with such tasty flavors! The citrusy bite of our Lemon Olive Oil went so well with the tangy Caesar dressing over freshly cooked chicken on a bed of crispy romaine lettuce.

We simply cannot get over new salad creations and compilations, so give this one a try and let us know what you think!
