It’s finally time to grill out and we’ve been waiting to break out our tins of Ethne’s BBQ Rub. The founder of Epice de Cru made this blend in homage to the “colorful gastronomic memories” of her childhood in Trinidad. Think lots of cumin (Madame’s favorite spice) along with Quebec garlic, bay, caraway, rose, ginger, mint, turmeric, cinnamon, lavender, fenugreek, and more! Recommended for ALL grilled meats. Remember, Epices de Cru spices cone whole, so grab a little mortar and pestle (we have many!) so you can grind up the absolute freshest rub ever (it takes about 15 seconds). 🌶️🥩
