Okay… I finally gave in and did it 😂💛

This carrot cake is one I used to make and sell at The Dough Hook—and I cannot tell you how many times people asked me for the recipe.

And honestly… I get it.
It’s soft, perfectly spiced, and just one of those cakes that people don’t forget.

But the real reason it means so much to me?
It’s also the cake I make every single year for my mom’s birthday. Her absolute favorite 🥹
