After careful consideration I have decided to make a LOGO and Business name change. The SMOKEY MOUNTAIN name is used in a lot of various business here in east Tn. and since the Tri-city area is being promoted as the APPALACHIAN HIGHLANDS JELLIES, with Hot Sauces being call APPALACHIAN HIGHLANDS FIRE for super hots and APPALACHIAN HIGHLANDS HEAT for my medium heat sauces. Since the feedback about my sauces and jellies seems to have set them apart from others that my customers have tasted, I felt I needed a new name that would set my product line apart. I have already test marketed the new labels and my customers our behind me 100% Which I am great full for.

This is a list of what I make, most of these are available. Please let me know what you would like by sending me a message. S/H costs can be high so I prefer to ship using Priority mail flat rate shipping. I can ship 4 jars of jelly or 5 bottles of sauce in a $10.00 envelop, Med. box can hold about between 8 to 10 items and the large box can hold 14 or so. I do quantity discounts.. Jellies and Habanero sauces are $8.00. Ghost, Reaper and Scorpion sauces are $9.00. I will be posting prices for my new limited exotic sauces as well as my new sauces made with Honey. I take a dollar off per bottle when you order 4 or more.

This year we have added several new variety's of super hot peppers. We will be offering several new sauces as these peppers begin to ripen. I have also added a few new jellies like Mountain Dew and Raspberry Orange. I was able to obtain a yellow watermelon and made a great tasting Golden watermelon hot sauce in Habanero and Ghost. I will be offering Dragon's Blood in the next month using blood orange. Scorpion Blood sold out very quickly. For those that like sweet relish's I am making Yellow squash sweet relish as well as yellow squash sweet pickles. I will continue to up date with new products for your Christmas holiday gifts.

Sugar Free Paw Paw Butter, Sugar Free Apple butter and Apple cinnamon jelly. I have added to my super hots the following flavors, Reaper Red Serrano hot sauce, Ghost Tropical Trio and Ghost Blue berry. You can order any of my products through messenger on the Depot business page. Jellies and pepper jellies using Habanaro are $6.00 each plus S/H. Super hots are $7.00 each Plus S/H.
