We cleaned out our coop this morning and got fresh hay in our nesting boxes. We add marigold petals from the garden because they can help keep flies away from our girls while they are busy and they are aromatic and provide a spa-like experience. 😉 They are nutritious and great for a chicken’s respiratory health and our little farmers just love doing it because it is lovely. 🌼

Now we’ve got Dad and Grampa busy working on adding a roll out nesting box to our coop to keep our eggs extra clean! We are so blessed.

THANK YOU to everyone who stopped out yesterday! We are currently SOLD OUT of eggs and will be closed Monday and Tuesday because the girls are going camping with friends! ✨
