Tomorrow I’m bringing one of my personal favorites: Candied Red Onion & Smoked Gruyere Focaccia.

This one is so good, rich, savory, and full of flavor from sweet candied red onions and smoky, melty gruyere. I have a hard time getting the cheese I like to use for this focaccia, so when Emilee found it for me last week, I immediately knew this had to be the first thing I made with it.

If you want a piece, make sure to get to the Market right at 10 because this one will absolutely sell out. See you tomorrow!

🛒 SATURDAY MARKET LINEUP IS LOCKED IN 🛒

Here’s your official map for tomorrow’s Blue Earth Community Market! We’re filling the lot with local food, handmade goods, baked treats, produce, plants, coffee, crafts, candles, and a whole lineup of familiar faces and new vendors. 🌞

A few things to know before you roll in:

🥟 Angela’s Eggrolls and The Lemon will be serving on-site
🛍️ NEW DIY Market Bags will be available at Spot 13
🅿️ Customer parking is along the west side of the lot (after 10am!) or the Crossroads Church Parking Lot across Hwy 169
🚻 Clean Bathrooms available across the roundabout at Kwik Trip
♿ Please note that our lot is gravel. If you have mobility issues and have concerns, you may want to send a friend or family member in for your market goodies.

Whether you’re coming for fresh produce, a sweet treat, handmade treasures, or just to wander the lot with an iced coffee in hand like a tiny goblin of commerce, we’ve got a spot for you.
