The garden may be slacking a little this year, but the blackberry bushes clearly didn’t get the memo!

They are absolutely showing out this season, and we’re picking more berries than we know what to do with. Looks like the General is about to find out just how many things can be made with blackberries.

The farmer was craving a chicken sandwich today, so chicken sandwich it was!

We de-boned some of our farm-raised chicken thighs, breaded them up, and tossed them in the air fryer. Y’all… I think we have a new favorite. The chicken was so tender, juicy, and flavorful.

Don’t get me wrong, chicken breasts have their place, but these thighs made one mighty fine sandwich.

What’s your favorite way to use chicken thighs?

We also recognize the families who stood beside them — carrying the weight of sacrifice, enduring the empty seats, and continuing to honor their loved ones every single day. Your strength does not go unnoticed.
