It’s official!
Gensemer Meat’s processing facility is now Long Hollow Cattle Co’s meat processing facility.

This has been a long process but we cannot thank John and Judy Gensemer enough for entrusting us with taking this wonderful, multi generational facility into the future.

We have lots to learn from John to ensure the quality and traditions continue in creating the best possible eating and grilling experience for our freezer meat customers!

Please bear with us as we transition our operations and get up and running.

Thank you to all of our wonderful customers over the past 10 years who are making this possible. We look forward to serving you into the future.
