For lunch I make all kinds of sandwiches from chicken to turkey to vegetarian, There’s also salmon and tuna sandwiches, then there’s cheese rolls and cheese sticks for appetizers, then comes the dips and chips. We can’t forget the tofu recipes. For dinner I make many yummy chicken recipes, pasta recipes, beef recipes and fish recipes especially salmon is my favorite, I make shrimp too. And that co

mes with many kinds of salad recipes and side dishes. I do many soup recipes too. For the chicken I make chicken nuggets the healthy way better than the frozen ones and burgers either meatless or with meat. The meat is organic and lean, the beef is grass fed and the poultry is free of hormones and antibiotics, then the fish is wild caught and sustainable. By the way no pork recipes. For dessert I make all kinds of cakes and cookies, puddings, cupcakes and brownies. The ice cream I make is unique and healthy. For snacks I make granola bars, trail mix, energy bars.
