Sierra lettuce has a delightfully crisp, juicy, and refreshing taste. It is often described as having a mild, subtly sweet, and slightly nutty flavor with absolutely no bitterness.
Texture: Thick, frilly leaves with an intense crunch. It is a Batavian (or "French Crisp") variety, which is often compared to a sweeter, more flavorful version of iceberg lettuce.

We have Fresh Picked Asparagus! Sustainably Grown! Pick up some of this delicious springtime veggie for dinner tonight. Rinse and dry Asparagus then put it on a sheetpan with parchment paper (for easy clean-up), put a little olive oil and sea salt on the Asparagus, roast at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes. Delicious!
