Magpie Cakery Magpie Cakery is a new venture for me! I have had such great response to the cakes I have made, I f All of the cakes I have done are iced in Buttercream.

I have had such great response to the cakes I have made, I figured why not take the next step. I am relatively new to this art form and love learning something new with every cake I bake. I prefer this method. Though I do use fondant for decoration, I do not currently coat the whole cakes with it. I do not run a commercial bakery. I am a home-based bakery that abides by Cottage Food Production law

s. I work in the small scale, but will do my best to give you exactly what you want. I want to reinforce that I CANNOT do cakes of licensed characters, such as Toy Story, Backyardigans, Mickey Mouse, etc. I can however put figurines or items purchased from stores of the characters onto the cakes. I know I have a couple of cakes on here that are of license characters. They are posted as examples of technique, they were never sold. Please contact me with any questions or comment you have.
