New stock and long-awaited re-stock have arrived!
La Magie de Madawaska comes from Fromagerie le Detour in the Bas-Saint Laurent region of Quebec, Canada. It's officially the smallest wheel we have in stock! Each is roughly a quarter-pound of delicately tart, nutty goodness and costs less than $6. 👀
It probably pairs pretty well with a chilled can of sparkling red Pizza Wine. 🤔

In 2025, Jasper Hill Farm Withersbrook Blue won several high-profile awards. It was named 1st Runner-up for Best of Show at the American Cheese Society Annual Judging & Competition, and at the World Cheese Awards, Withersbrook Blue took home the highest medal awarded, Super Gold.
We've been waiting to get our hands on it ever since. 😍
This natural rind blue is made with raw cow's milk from Jasper Hill's own herd and is soaked in ice cider for a fruity, lactic profile with notes of honey, roasted hazelnuts, and lingering savoriness.

From the heart of the Gaillac Vineyards, on the Cordais plateau in Cahuzac-sur-Vère, Domaine Cinq Peyres Antidote Blanc & Impeccable Rouge.
Antidote blends 40% Mauzac, 40% Len de l'El, and 20% Muscadelle for a highly approachable white wine that is true to the ancient terroir. Notes of orange peels and zesty citrus bring energy, green apple, pear & melon add tropical freshness, and everything is well-balanced with a soft minerality.
Impeccable is primarily Gamay, with 10% Merlot and 10% Syrah; Gamay and Syrah are both considered welcome intruders in the area's most characteristic red wines. This bottle is vibrant, savory and spicy, with notes of cherry, blackcurrent, and violet.

Wine you won't see anywhere else (around here)!
Gaillac is one of the oldest wine regions in France, with a history of winemaking that dates back further than both Bordeaux and Burgundy. Château de Brin DBulles Sparkling Rose is 75% Duras and 25% Braucol. These two native grapes create a perfect balance in a traditional Gaillac AOC wine, with signature floral and spicy elements from the Duras and wild red berry notes from the Braucol. It is light, fresh, and lively with fine bubbles and tannic tension.
Pop the cap off this bottle, and try it with some fresh strawberries and avocado on a toasted Sourdough English muffin.

Côtes-du-Tarn is an IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) wine region in southwest France, with a temperate climate, oceanic and Mediterranean influences, and benefits like limestone, and clay. Chateau les Vignals Soif-Art Rouge blends Merlot with the terroir's much lighter, spicy Duras and peppery Braucol. The result is smooth, light, and balanced, with notes of cherries, raspberries, black current, and spices.
