We are fully stocked with delicious fall squash in the produce section and it's just in time for cozy season. Come down and get everything you need to whip up this tasty recipe tonite!

🍂 Stuffed Acorn Squash

A cozy fall favorite that’s as delicious as it looks!

Ingredients:

2 acorn squash, halved and seeded

1 lb ground sausage

1 cup cooked wild rice

1/2 small onion, diced

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

Directions:

Brush squash with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast cut-side down at 400°F for 30–40 minutes.

Brown sausage with onion, then stir in cooked rice, cranberries and Parmesan.

Fill squash halves with the mixture and bake for another 10–15 minutes.

A hearty, flavorful fall meal perfect for a chilly evening! 🍁
