Meet our Vendor: The Gifted Chicken

If you’ve attended any of our Markets, chances are you’ve heard: “Free Smells All Day Long” spoken by Fredrick Toon “Brad" the owner of The Gifted Chicken.

Brad is of course, referring to his Beard, Bath & Body Products that are an ever popular and great smelling product line.

Brad choose the name for his business in what he calls “Funky/Fun” happenstance: He raises chickens, and nickname is Rooster. A family member owns a small poultry farm, thus: The Gifted Chicken.

Since 2016 Brad has been making signature scents of Men’s Grooming Products. The most popular product in his lineup is the Beard Oil.

All products are natural ingredients and phthalate free.

This business is Veteran Owned - and it’s not unusual for some his regular customers (also Vets) to stop by and tell a few “War Tales.”

Be sure to stop by for a “Free Smell” and some fun talk with Brad at our next Market!

Meet Our Vendor

O-Face Flavors
Brad Heitman has been in business as O’Face Flavors for 5 years. The idea for O-Face was born in 2020, when Brad decided to turn a backyard BBQ passion into a Seasoning business. They got to work adapting their tried-and-true recipes and developing brand new spice mixes with a focus on unique Flavors and clean ingredients. Along the way, they have added Snacks to their product lineup, which showcase incredible Flavors, and they’ve won several awards at ZestFest!

O’Face Flavors offers Award-winning Seasonings and Snacks. Their most popular products are award-winners: Prime Veg (All-Purpose), Pork Rub, Bayou Boom Boom (Cajun), and Spicy Garlic Parmesan. The Bayou Boom Boom is Mr. O-Face's favorite. It has a great depth of flavor, not just heat and salt like the big name Cajun products in the store. Pork Rub is a mild sweet-heat and is the Flavor that converts the most hardcore BBQ people away from their go-to brands. Spicy Garlic Parmesan delivers a good punch with two chile peppers, but it's also very versatile.

But their #1 seller is the Prime Veg, which is a garlic parmesan with herbs... and that's the one that seems to have the biggest impact on people’s lives. After falling in love with Prime Veg, people can’t cook without it, kids won’t eat veggies without it, and sticking to a healthy diet is much harder without it Brad says!

In addition to offering bold and versatile Flavors, one of O’Face’s core tenets is keeping our products “clean”. The big commercial spice brands tend to have a lot of chemicals and unnecessary additives in their products. O’Face Flavors avoids any additives as much as they possibly can.

Meet Our Vendor: Ol' Coach's Creative Bass Lures
Mike and Laura Burke started their business in March 2026.
Mike was a high school teacher and coach for 31 years and loved fishing and making lures. He decided to turn his hobby into a business because when you LOVE what you do, it’s not work!

Mike specializes in creating: Hard crank baits, bass jigs, crappie jigs, casting spoons, chatter baits, spinners, soft plastic frogs and salamanders, vanity lures for special occasions or seasons.

He jokingly said their most popular products are the lures that catch the most fish (ha!) - so that would be: All of them!

Mike’s lures are similar to what can be found in retail stores but they are custom colors and designs that will not be found on retail shelves, and he states his custom lures are much more reasonably priced.

While he have several profiles that be replicated, he also is creating new profiles weekly. Got offer those fish some dandy new “bites.”

Mike offers multi-lure deals and discounts, as well as an opportunity to pick your own colors on some profiles. There are lures with designs commemorating America's 250th celebration, the 250th anniversary of the military, Texas, Baylor University, TCU, Back the Blue, and key chains for Mother's and Father's Day designed around a small lure body. As a career Biology teacher, Mike’s frogs and salamanders lures are painted to mimic actual species that fish might actually see.

With Father’s Day coming up (and even Mother’s Day for those female fishing fans) you’ll want to stop by and see the great lures Mike has to offer!

Note: Mike offers a raffle drawing 90 minutes before the end of the market. The raffle prize is a new rod and reel. Raffle chances are offered for each $10 dollars of lures purchased rather than selling raffle tickets outright. That way, they move product, and shoppers get something they want even if they don't win the raffle.
