🦌 PEA CREEK PROCESSING — DROP-OFF & PICKUP 🦌

Please follow these steps to help us keep traffic moving:

➡️ Enter through the LOWER driveway.
➡️ Back up to the roll-up door.
➡️ Unload your deer and attach one of our hanging tags.
➡️ Pull forward and park BEFORE coming inside to check your deer in.

đźš— PICKUPS: Park in the designated grass parking area, then come inside.

⚠️ Please DO NOT park in the middle of the driveway. If you block the driveway, we WILL ask you to move your vehicle.

🚨 PLEASE COME PICK UP YOUR MEAT! 🚨

If we have called or messaged you that your meat is ready, we need you to pick it up ASAP! Our freezer is FULL, and we have ZERO room left.

If we can’t get finished meat out, we can’t put more meat in. That means we may have to temporarily stop accepting deer because of unclaimed orders.

We want to keep taking care of everyone, but we need your help. Please don’t put it off—COME GET YOUR MEAT!

This one hits close to home. The owners of Hasty’s Haven horse rescue are some very, very dear friends of mine, and it’s heartbreaking to see what they’re going through after their donkey, Angelique, was shot.

Y’all, please be smart when hunting. Always be aware of your surroundings, positively identify your target, and know what is beyond it before you ever pull the trigger. Be mindful of nearby homes, pastures, livestock, and people. If you aren’t absolutely sure you have a safe shot, let it pass. No deer is worth someone’s life or a beloved animal.

These folks pour their hearts into giving animals a safe place and a second chance. They deserve to feel safe on their own property, too.

Please keep our friends at Hasty’s Haven in your prayers. If you’re able, consider supporting their efforts to make the rescue more secure, or share their original post to help spread the word. ❤️
