Shady Lane Custom Processing We butcher and process pork, beef, and deer. We are open Monday threw Saturday. 8 am to 430 pm. Closed Sunday. If you get a deer bring it on down to Shady Lane!

We will be closed for the summer. Last open day will be May 30. We are set to reopen in August.

We now process bovine and swine animals! This is a big step up for Shady Lane but we are enjoying every minute of it. If you decided you are ready to butcher, just bring your animal by the shop and we will take care of it for you! Call 618.756.2546 between 7:30 and 8:00 am for more details!
