Trying all the new spring products!!
Oh how I love this job!
Mandarin orange bread.
Made 2 loaves (recommend using 3 cause it went over the sides-oops)
1- replaced water w/ peach schnapps
2- peach schnapps in place of water, 1/2 c coconut 1/2 c chopped pecans!

My husband doesn't like coconut but liked this. Wonderful dessert. Add a dollop of whipped cream w/ vanilla oh my Chia or ice cream!

Practically Paleo Bacon Butternut Squash Soup!
I tried my hand making butternut soup last night, actually made my own recipe too. Yummy!
1lg butternut squash cooked
( split and half turn upside down and bake 400)
1-1.5c chicken broth
1 tsp garlic garlic
Pinch of cracked black pepper
1/2 lb. Bacon ( I used smoked)
2 tbsp onion onion
2 stalks celery

Bake squash about 20-25 minutes. Cool about 10.
While squash is baking. Cut bacon strips in half, cook till crispy. Cook celery in grease.
Scoop out squash, minus skin and seeds of course. Place all ingredients except bacon in blender. Use soup button and puree till smooth.
Add season salt after pureed.
For thinner soup, add more broth.
Serve with bacon and parsley on top. I used cilantro!
