On May 1, 2006, Cedar Valley Cheese Store opened its doors for the first time. Since then, both the number of staff and square footage of the store have grown exponentially.
Opened - and still run - by Tracy Hiller and Sue Okray, CVCS is now a must-stop for tourists; and to the locals, a place where everyone (if not everyone, our manager Terry for sure) knows your name. 😉
We are so grateful to have been part of your lives and bellies for TWENTY years. Without you guys, we wouldn't still be here - and considering we deal the best string cheese in the world, that would be real sad.
