🌾 Looking ahead to Summer 2027!

We’re now starting to hold quarter, half, and whole steer shares for next summer! If you’ve been thinking about buying local beef, now is a great time to get on the list.

There’s something special about knowing where your food comes from. When you buy from a local farmer, you know who raised your beef, where it was processed, and who to turn to with questions. You’re not just filling your freezer — you’re directly sourcing your own food and supporting a local farm along the way.

💰 What about pricing?

Our 2027 pricing hasn’t been finalized yet. We’ll update this page with pricing early next year, well before you need to make a full commitment. For now, you can express your interest and get your name on the list while we prepare for next summer!

The first round of animals is headed to the butcher on July 13! The second round will go in on August 3rd. If you've already reserved a quarter or half, we're excited to get high-quality, locally raised beef into your freezer soon.

We currently have 8 beef quarters available for our August 31 butcher date. Buying in bulk is one of the best ways to save money on premium beef while stocking your freezer with steaks, roasts, hamburger, and more.

The #1 question we get asked is "How much does it cost?" 💸💰

This year, the short answer is $3.75 per pound of hanging weight (only $0.25 more than last year!), or approximately $900 per quarter. This works out to about $7.57 per pound of food.
🥩🍔When is the last time you got a brisket or a ribeye for $7.57?

It's Double the Trouble on the farm this year as these cousins work together to raise your cattle! Good thing too, because we have nearly DOUBLE the beef available this round!

The first round of steers are leaving the farm this Monday! If you are one of the lucky ones getting in on this round, you should have received a text from us earlier this week.

The next group will be July 14, and we still have 3 quarters available for purchase!

We put our heads together and came up with a price for this season: $3.50 per pound of hanging weight. That comes out to roughly $7 (including processing) per pound of food. Try to find a high-quality steak for that price in the grocery store!
