We ate them for supper tonight and they are so good!  I chose to skip the bun and treat them like a steak, topped with a caramelized candy onion. 🤤

Pork burgers with sautéed candy onion, fried squash and zucchini, fried potatoes, green beans, and roasted romanesco.
