I feel the need to explain the pricing process I go through...I understand that to some that are just starting out on keto/low carb that my baked yummies seem pricey compared to regular sugar filled items...and they are but let’s break it down 😉
5 # of flour is between $1.50-$3 depending on your brand
2 # of Almond flour is $9(and that’s Walmart brand) and is used ALOT in keto baking
1 # coconut flour is $3-$5 depending on brand (also used quit a bit just not as large of quantities as Almond)
4 # sugar $2-$4 depending on brand
1 # monk fruit swtner $10
Those are just the basics that’s not including fruit, cream cheese (which is in a lot of recipes), baking powder, cocoa, and chocolates...those run $4-$5 for 7-9 oz. also depends on brands...so before someone criticizes cost look up a recipe and while you’re at the store snap pics of the items it would require for YOU to make them and see the massive price difference for keto/low carb and some GF recipes ❤️
