We are getting close to processing our 1st round of broilers!! This weekend will be the start of supplying our customers with their orders. We are excited to be nearing the end of our Spring journey and to help our customers fill their freezers with a premium product! We take great pride in the raising of our birds and have had wonderful feedback from all of our customers as well as our processor commending us for the cleanliness of them. Our fall round has a few more spots open to take pre-orders for September. If you're interested or just haven't placed your order yet please do so soon. We are very close to our max for this round and the availability will be closing in the next 2 weeks. We offer whole broilers vacuum sealed and whole broilers cut up giving you 2 boneless breast, 2 thighs, 2 legs, 2 wings & the frame in bulk bags for you to then package as you wish. A $10.00 deposit will be required for each bird. If you are wanting chicken please get your pre-orders in. For those of you just wanting to purchase a few cuts at the The Bedford Farmers Market we no longer offer retail chicken like we did in the beginning. This change was implemented a few years ago and will remain as pre-orders only. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
